We allow speeds of up to 1Gbps on each server’s network port.
Yes. Each server comes with a 1TB hard drive pair, which is in a RAID 1 configuration. This means that your data is mirrored, so there is a copy on each drive. If one drive fails, you will still have a copy on the other drive. Our hard drives are 7200 RPM SATA drives.
With our custom in-house Shared Storage device, you can add a near infinite amount of storage to your server. While your server has 1TB of local storage, you can choose to expand this by adding space instantly to your server on our Shared Storage Device. This will be instantly attached to your server as a disk, at which point you can format it and mount it. You can choose to buy anywhere from 50GB to 500GB of storage at a time.
Each Dedicated Server plan can be customized with the choice of O.S. that we offer. You can install CentOS, Ubuntu or Debian on it.
There are several ways to access your server:
  • SSH - you can access your server through any SSH client using the root credentials we provide to you
  • cPanel - if you have chosen to purchase cPanel from us, you can access and manage your server through the cPanel/WHM control panel
  • Dedicated Server Control Panel - you can also perform frequent operations, such as Stopping, Starting and Restarting your server through our web-based control panel, which comes bundled with every server
For the management of the server, you will get access to the Server Management Panel, through which you can carry out operations like Start, Stop, Restart, Rebuild and Reset Password.
For the management of Hosting, we offer cPanel/WHM as an add-on. It is auto-installed when this add-on is added to the cart during the purchase of the server.

Yes. You can take backup of your dedicated server with our Acronis Cyber Backup & recovery solution, which you can buy at an additional cost.

- Acronis backup is a cloud based backup solution, where database, server files, disk volume backups can be stored. A user can take daily, weekly or monthly backups, based on their need.

- Acronis provides instant restoration of the dedicated server backup, and also offers security against ransomware.

- Acronis backup is present in USA & Asia locations. On buying incremental backup storage, the new backup storage will get added to the already existing Acronis panel (depending on the location).

- While new customers can buy the Acronis Backup add-on in the purchase flow, existing customers can buy it from their control panel.

- Acronis Cyber Backup add-on is not covered under the money back guarantee refund policy.

- The tenure & renewal cycle of Acronis backup is not dependent on the tenure of the dedicated server purchased.

Our Linux Dedicated Servers come with access to cPanel accounts, and usage of up to 100 cPanel accounts is considered as an acceptable or normal usage. In case your hosting account exceeds this threshold, you will be billed for each additional cPanel account, at our then current rates.
