You should get in touch with your web developer for fixing any website code related issues/errors.
What should I do if my website is not working post migration?
Our migration team will recheck all server settings and help you resolve the issue(s). However, if the error on the website is related to site code or issues due to application compatibility, you should ask your web developer to check.
How long will it take for my domain to resolve from the new server?
You need to update the new Name Server/point the domain to the new server. Post DNS changes, the domains will take 24-48 hours to complete the DNS Propagation. Once the DNS changes are propagated, the website will start resolving from the new server. It is recommended you should not do any changes on the old server during propagation since the changes will not be reflected on the new server.
Will you help with setting the same customizations made on our source server?
No. We don't assist with custom configurations or application installations. You need to get in touch with your Web Developer or local Server Administrator to reconfigure them on the new server.
