BigRock accepts payments from you in the following different ways-

You can pay BigRock using your PayPal account. We recommend that you use a "Verified PayPal Account" for the same. The charge will be displayed as PDR Solutions US LLC

 Other Offline Payment Options

Non-Indian customers are expected to make a payment to the bank details below via Wire transfer (International Bank Account). Transfer made using Indian Bank account will be rejected. Funds credited to your account are subject to appropriate Fees charged by intermediary banks or our banks. If you wish to find out what these fees are kindly contact your card issuing bank. Post your offline payment initiation create a billing ticket on our Support Center. Please login using your BigRock customer account credentials and choose the Billing Option to create a ticket. In the email, please include details of the Wire/Bank Transfer/Cash/Cheque Deposit, your Customer Username, your Company Name, Date of Transfer, Originating Bank, Transferred Amount, and your Bank Account Number. On receiving this information from you, we will verify your transfer and credit your account.

Applicable to International Customer Account holders:
If you are doing a wire transfer, please read the following before transacting:
1) In the case of an Export transaction (i.e. an international customer transacting in foreign currency with us), the payment will be accepted ONLY if it is in a convertible foreign currency format.
Example - Funds transferred from the US should be remitted to our Bank in USD ONLY. It should not be converted and remitted in INR to us. Conversion of currency will be done by our Bank.
If payment is not remitted in foreign convertible currency, through any payment mode (including 3rd party platforms - Western union or any Money Transfer Service Scheme ('MTSS')),that will be considered as a local transaction and GST will be applied on it. Accordingly, the net amount will be credited in your customer account after deducting GST.
if you wish to get a refund of that transaction, you need to bear the exchange charges.
2) Payment will only be accepted from our registered customer account holders. Please ensure your Bank Account details are matching your Customer Account with us.
Example - If the customer account holder name is Mr. XYZ the remitter's bank account holder name should be Mr. XYZ
