The webdesigners listed on BigRock are not employees of BigRock in anyway. The purpose of DesignXchange is only to serve as a market place for web designers.

Does BigRock take a cut of the fees I pay the designer?

BigRock does not take any cut of the fee paid to a designer. Our aim at building DesignXchange was to provide a more wholesome experience at BigRock.

Are the bidget range listed on BigRock flexible?

The bidget ranges mentioned on DesignXchange are meant to serve only as guidelines while selecting a designer. The actual fee is subject to negotiations between you and the designer.

How long will it take for my website to be ready?

While we cannot commit to any concrete timeline, based on our experience we know that an average website would take anywhere between 3-4 weeks to be built.

How can I be sure of the quality of designers I am selecting?

We currently use a metric called the BigRock Business Meter to rank our designers. The way in which the business meter is calculated is a composition of multiple data points and is aimed at giving a good idea of the quality of the designer. We will soon be introducing a review system to help better judge the quality of the designers and theeir web designs on DesignXchange.
