### Procedural

Steps:  
1) Download Core FTP from https://coreftp.com/download.html  
2) Open Core FTP on your computer.  
3) Open the **Site Manager** within Core FTP.  
4) Enter the server details including **Host/Server IP**, **Username**, **Password**, and select the **Connection Type** (FTP, SFTP, or FTPS).  
5) Click to connect to the server.  

**To Upload a File:**  
1) Log in to Core FTP following the steps above.  
2) In the **left panel (local files)**, select the file you want to upload.  
3) Click the **Arrow** button to transfer the file to the server.  

**To Download a File:**  
1) Log in to Core FTP following the steps above.  
2) In the **right panel (server files)**, select the file you want to download.  
3) Click the **Arrow** button to transfer the file to your local computer.  

Warnings:  
- Ensure you have correct server credentials before connecting.  
- Select the correct connection type matching your server&#39;s settings to avoid connection errors.
