BigRock – Money Back Policy

BigRock Money Back Policy – Refund Eligibility & Add-On Terms

Please note that only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. For example, if you have previously had an account with us, canceled it, and then signed up again, or if you have opened a second account, you will not be eligible for a refund. Any violation of this Agreement will void your rights under the refund policy. Always contact us before you proceed with the order deletions. 

Important Notes:

  • If the hosting service is deleted within the 30-day money-back period, you will receive a refund for the hosting plan as well as any associated add-ons (such as Dedicated IP, cPanel, or WHM Panel) that were bundled with it.
  • If an add-on was purchased separately, you will not receive a refund upon deletion of that add-on.
  • There are no refunds on renewals or auto-renewals.
  • Combo offers, as well as plan upgrades or downgrades, are not covered under the Money Back Guarantee.
  • Domain deletions will attract a deletion fee during the money back period. 
  • Auto-renewals are attempted 7 days before expiry for orders less than 3 months tenure and 30 days before expiry for orders over 3 months tenure. 


No refund will be provided for the deletion of add-ons purchased separately, such as:

  • Dedicated IP
  • Privacy Protection
  • cPanel License
  • WHM License
  • WHMCS License
  • SAN Storage
