Enabling Dedicated IP Address for your order

A Dedicated IP is a unique IP assigned to your hosting package. 

Want to install an SSL certificate?

If you are purchasing a dedicated IP for the purpose of installing SSL, please note that our hosting packages are SNI-enabled, which means you can install an SSL certificate without a dedicated IP.

Purchase a Dedicated IP Address

1. Log in to your Control Panel.

2.  Search for the domain name for which you have purchased this Order and go to the Order Information view.

3. Click on the add button under the Dedicated IPs option.

4. On the next page, you will be displayed the cost of enabling SSL or purchasing a Dedicated IP Address. Click the Buy Now button.

5. Continue to pay for the generated Invoice.

To delete a Dedicated IP address: 

If required, you may delete a Dedicated IP Address as explained below.

1. Log in to your Control Panel.

2. Search for the domain name for which you have purchased this Order, and go to the Order Information view. 

3. Click on the delete button under the Dedicated IPs option.

4. Click the Delete button next to the IP Address you wish to delete.

5. Confirm the deletion by clicking the Delete Dedicated IP button.

NOTE: Like all our other add-ons, Dedicated IP is not covered by the money-back guarantee; deleting it will not trigger a refund.
