View or Change Your BigRock Customer PIN

Your Customer PIN is a 4-digit code used to verify ownership during support interactions. Follow the steps below to view or update it: 

1. Log In to Your BigRock Account 

• Go to https://myorders.bigrock.in and log in with your credentials. 
   
  
  
• Click on the profile icon located at the top right corner of the dashboard. 

2. Navigate to Account & Security 

From the dropdown menu, click on "Your Account & Security." 

3. View or Change Your PIN 

In the Account Security section, click on "View / Change your PIN." 

4. Check or Update Your PIN 

Your current 4-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) will be displayed here. 

To change it: 

• Click on "Change" next to the existing PIN. 
• Enter a new 4-digit PIN. 
• Click "Change PIN" to save it. 

  Note: Make sure your PIN is easy to remember but hard for others to guess.
