Verifying domain ownership for Titan Emails

Before you can start using Titan Email, you must verify that you own your domain. Domain verification is a mandatory step to ensure that your “From” email address is valid and to prevent unauthorized users from sending emails using your domain.

If domain verification is not completed, you will see a banner in your Email Control Panel with an error message indicating that email services are not yet activated and prompting you to connect the domain.
To resolve this, you must verify domain ownership by adding the required MX and TXT records to your domain’s DNS settings.

Why Domain Verification Is Required

  • Prevents email spoofing and misuse of your domain
  • Enables sending and receiving emails via Titan Mail
