Setting up Acronis Cyber Backup on a Server

Securely back up your VPS or Dedicated Server data to the cloud off-site by enabling Acronis Cyber Backup. 

If you haven't already purchased Acronis Cyber Backups, you can do so from your control panel by following the steps mentioned below.

Step 1: Log in to the BigRock Customer Portal

1. Open your web browser.

2. Go to: https://myorders.bigrock.in

3. Log in using your BigRock account credentials.
   
   

Step 2: Navigate to the Orders Section

1. From the top navigation menu, click on Orders.

2. This will display a list of all services associated with your account.
   
    
   

Step 3: Locate the VPS or Dedicated Order

1. Use the search bar to search for the domain name associated with your VPS order.

2. Click on the relevant VPS hosting order from the search results.
   
    
   

Step 4: Click Server Backups by Acronis

1. Under your VPS/Dedicated server hosting plan, locate the Hosting section.

2. Click on 'Buy' near to: Server Backups by Acronis

3. This will open the new page to purchase Acronis >> click on Proceed
   
    
   

Step 5: Mention the storage size (in GB) you would like to purchase for the backup in the storage field. 

 Note: It is recommended that the backup storage size is at least two times (2x) the storage size of your VPS or Dedicated server.

Step 6: Pay and purchase

1. Click on Proceed to Pay

2. Once you pay for invoice, the system will provision the order in some time.

    

Once the agent is successfully installed, you will be able to manage the backup settings by accessing the Acronis management panel.
