Renew an Order in Your BigRock Account
Follow these simple steps to renew a product or service in your BigRock account:
1. Log In to Your BigRock Account
Go to https://myorders.bigrock.in and log in with your credentials.
2. View Your Purchases/Orders
Once logged in, you will see a list of all your purchases/orders on the main page.
3. Select the Product to Renew
- Click on the product you wish to renew.
- Next to the expiry date of the product, click the ‘Renew’ button.
4. Choose the Renewal Tenure
Select the tenure for which you’d like to renew the product.
5. Review and Confirm

Review the selected tenure and the total cost displayed on the screen.

Once confirmed, click ‘Proceed’ to move forward with the payment.
6. Select Your Payment Method
Choose your desired Mode of Payment from the available options.
7. Complete the Payment
Click on ‘Pay Now’ to complete the payment process.
✅ That’s it! You will see the Payment Successful page, and your product will be renewed.
