How to install a SSL certificate for Business/Enterprise Emails on BigRock
Email security is a key requirement for any business environment. SSL certificates help protect email data by enabling encrypted communication between servers and clients. This article explains how to generate an SSL certificate for Business and Enterprise email services.
You can secure your webmail interface by following the steps below to install a digital certificate:
1. Log in to the BigRock Portal
2. Navigate to the Business email order and click on Go to admin panel
3. Go to Mail and click on Install Certificate
4. Paste your Certificate and Private Key in the fields provided
5. Click on Install to install the certificate.
6. After the Certificate is installed, update the DNS record so it matches the record displayed in the email admin panel in the Note.
Once installed, you can now access your webmail at https://webmail.<yourdomainname>.<tld>
