How to get started with all new Wordpress hosting?

This interface provides the essential controls needed to view and manage your WordPress hosting effectively. Displays the nameservers for your domain name associated with this hosting package.

Adding a new website to the WordPress Hosting.

1)Click on View my Sites under Manage.

2)Click on Add Site in the Dashboard.

3) You can create a WordPress website or a customised website from our WordPress Hosting Panel. To create a WordPress website, click on Install WordPress and Continue.

4)Mention your site title. You can even skip this process and continue it later.

5)Enter the domain name for which you want to install WordPress, or you can choose the temporary domain name. Click on Continue. This will install WordPress on your domain.

Editing the WordPress website

Click on Edit Site 

This will take you to the WP Dashboard where you can start designing your website.

Settings in WordPress hosting panel

Overview

The Overview section gives you a quick summary of the WordPress website. 

• Website URL - The address of the WordPress site.
• Manage - Accessing the WordPress management panel.
• WordPress Version– Shows the currently installed WordPress version and whether an update is available.
• PHP Version -Shows the PHP version being used by the website and the option to change the version.
• Auto-update status - Indicates whether automatic updates are enabled for WordPress, plugins, and themes.
• Document Root- Directory where the website's files are stored
• DNS Record - Displays the nameservers associated with the hosting environment

Plugins

The Plugins section is used to manage WordPress plugins. Here you can

• View installed plugins
• Activate or deactivate plugins 
• Enable Automatic Updates

Users

The Users section allows you to manage WordPress users 

Here you can 

• View existing users and their roles
• Login as the specific user , Edit Profile and Reset Password.

Speed

Manage Cache :Its main purpose is to improve website loading speed by storing copies of website content so that visitors don't have to wait for everything to be generated from scratch on every visit.

Clear all cache will remove the cached copies of the website. This is useful when the website was recently updated and the changes are not reflecting on the live website.

Clear URL will remove the cache of the specific page URL.

Domains

The Domains section is used to manage the domains associated with the WordPress website. 

Here you can 

• Add a domain
• Add a subdomain 
• SSL Status
• Manage the DNS Records

Advanced 

This option helps you manage the technical side of the wordpress website.

• SSH Keys -Secure command-line/server access
• Redirects -Redirect from one URL to another
• File Manager -Manage website files
• FTP Access -Manage/transfer files through FTP
• Folder Index Manager -Control directory/file listing
• Directory Privacy - Password Protects Directory.
• Database- Manage the assigned Database and user . You can create new database and user along with accessing phpmyadmin
• Cron Job- This option allows you to manage cron jobs configured on the server.
• SSL Manager: This option allows to enable the free SSL certificate and to install the paid ssl. 
• Error logs : Shows errors recorded by the website/server. 
• Access Logs : Allows you see who has visited your website
• SSL Logs: This helps us to check what happened when an SSL certificate was being issued, installed, renewed, or configured. 
• cPanel : You can access the cpanel dashboard to manage the website files, databases, domains and more.
• Logs: This option allows you to check Access logs, Activity Logs and PHP errors.
• Fix File permissions: Automatically reset file permissions to defaults (folders 755, files 644) and ownership to the correct user. 

Settings

• Domain Name & Site URL -This is the address currently being used to access the website.
• PHP Version: This option helps to change the php version and get the detailed PHP configuration and enabled PHP modules/settings. 
• Nameservers & IP : This section provides the server information required to connect a domain to this hosting account. 
• Automatic Updates : This controls whether WordPress components are automatically updated. 
• Coming Soon Page : This option displays a temporary "Coming Soon" page to visitors instead of showing the actual website.
• Site Management: Using this section , the website content or the entire website can deleted.
