How to Add DNS Records Under the Premium DNS Panel

Add or edit DNS records under the Premium DNS panel associated with the Sectigo nameservers

The Premium DNS panel, also known as the Sectigo DNS control panel, is associated with the Sectigo nameservers (i.e., ns1.sectigoweb.com, ns2.sectigoweb.com, ns3.sectigoweb.com, and ns4.sectigoweb.com).

 

All DNS records must be added under the Premium DNS panel if the domain is pointed to the Sectigo nameservers provided with the Premium DNS plan purchased with us.

 

To add or edit DNS records under this panel, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your BigRock control panel using the following link: https://myorders.bigrock.in/dashboard

  2. Go to the Orders section and click on the domain name for which you want to add or edit DNS records.

  3. Ensure that your domain is pointed to the Premium/Sectigo nameservers. You can find the nameservers under the View Nameservers option next to the Premium DNS section.
     

  4. To manage DNS records, click on the Manage option in the Premium DNS section.
     

  5. Click on Add Record to create a new record.
     

  6. Select the record type and enter the required details.
     

  7. Add a name for your record. The name is the hostname or prefix without the domain name. Enter @ to apply the record to the root domain, or enter a prefix such as blog or shop to create a subdomain.
     

  8. Enter the value and Time To Live (TTL) for your record, then save the changes.
     

  9. To edit or delete a record, click on the Actions button next to the record and select the required option.
     

 

Please note that DNS changes can take up to 24 hours to propagate globally. However, in most cases, changes are visible within 6–8 hours.
