Forgot Your BigRock Account Password

If you can’t remember your password, follow these steps to recover your account: 

1. Access the Password Reset Page 

Visit: https://myorders.bigrock.in/  

2. Click on "Forgot Your Password" 

• Click the "Forgot your Password" link below the login fields. 

• Enter your registered email address. 

• Click the “Send Reset Link” link. 

3. Check Your Registered Email 

• Login to your registered email account. 

• Look for an email with the subject: “Reset your Password”. 

( If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your spam/junk folder.) 

4. Click on the Password Reset Link 

• Open the email and click on the link: ‘Use this link to reset your password and login’.
• On the reset page, enter a new password of your choice (8-15 alphanumeric characters).
• Confirm the new password. 

5. Login with Your New Password 

• Once your password is successfully updated, the page will automatically redirect you to the login page.
• Enter your username (email) and new password to log in. 

 ✅ That’s it! You have successfully changed your BigRock account password.
