Enabling two-factor authentication on Bigrock

You can enable or disable two-factor authentication through your BigRock account for advanced security. Follow the steps below: 

 1. Log in to Your BigRock Account 

Go to https://myorders.bigrock.in and log in using your credentials. 
 

 2. Access Profile Settings 

Once logged in, click on the Profile Icon (top right). 

 

3. Go to Account and Security 

Select the "Account and Security" option from the dropdown. 

4. Toggle the 2-Step Verification to On 

 5. Verify the OTP sent to your registered email address 

Click on “Send Verification Emai” and then click on “Next” 

 6. Download the application 

On your phone download the “Google Authenticator” from the Google Play Store for Android and App Store for iPhone.  

7. Scan 

Scan the “QR code” displayed on your BigRock account.  

 7. Enter OTP 
 
Enter the OTP generated on the “Google Authenticator” app to confirm activation.  

8. Print / Download Emergency Codes 
 
Print or download the backup codes and save them securely. Backup Codes are one-time use codes that are useful if you cannot access the application. 

🎉 That’s it! Your 2-Factor Authentication has been registered successfully on the BigRock account.  Please ensure not to delete the Google Authenticator application.
