Adding a mail forwarders in business mail/Enterprise mail
You can set a forwarding address for a user account if required. By doing so, a copy of all emails sent to that user would be sent to the forwarding address you specify.
Note: A copy of the email will be stored under the user's account as well.
To add mail forwarders in Business / Enterprise Email hosting, follow the steps below
1. Log in to the BigRock portal
2. Navigate to the Business email order and click on Go to admin panel
3. Go to Mail and click on Manage users
4. Select an email and click on Edit
5. Navigate to Mail forwarder, add the Email and click on Save Changes
