• What do you mean by Cash on Delivery (CoD)?

  With CoD, you can now pay for our products in Cash. Our CoD agent will personally come to your doorstep and collect the payment for your Order. What's more, your Order will be activated automatically within 5 minutes of your payment.

• Is Cash on Delivery applicable in my city?

  We are constantly expanding our CoD area of service. At present you can avail of our CoD service in the following cities.

• Are all orders eligible for Cash on Delivery?

  As long as your total cart value is equal to or greater than a Rs. 1000 your order is eligible for our CoD service.

• Will I be charged extra for this service?

  Absolutely not.

• What happens to my money if I pay for an Order via CoD and cancel it within its money back guarantee period?

  Just like an offline payment we will refund the money to your customer account. You can also raise a ticket to request a refund of the money to your bank account.

• Can I schedule the time that the CoD agent comes to pick up the money?

  Absolutely. Within 1 business day of placing your order, our CoD  will get in touch with you to schedule a time for pickup. At this point you can mention the time that is most comfortable for you.

• Can I change my order when the COD agent is there to collect the money? E.g. Can I extend the tenure of the order?

  No, the order at this point cannot be changed. You will need to place a brand new order for this.

• What if my product is not activated even after I have made the payment to the COD agent?

  We have put systems in place to ensure that this does not happen. However, if in the case that this does happen, please get in touch with our Sales team at 1-800-200-7625 (Toll Free) or send an email to sales@bigrock.com and we will resolve your issue in the best way possible. Please ensure that you mention your CoD Order ID. If it is simply not possible to activate your product for some reason we will provide you with a full refund.

• Do I face any risks with cash on delivery?

  There is absolutely no risk of using cash on delivery while purchasing Web Hosting, Email Hosting, DIY or SSL.With domain names, because of the nature of the product, there is a slight chance that someone else would purchase your selected domain name from another registrar between the time that you have placed your order with us and we have picked up the money. This however is a fairly rare case. To avoid this risk it is advisable to purchase domain names using one of our online payment methods.

• Is your Cash on Delivery (COD) service a third party service?

  Yes. We have partnered with Gharpay, a highly reputable cash collection agency, for this service.
